Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArtImgAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use / Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of ArtImgAI

ArtImgAI is a digital delivery service for AI character sheets, expression sheets, style transfer, background removal, avatars, tabletop tokens and related game-ready image assets. You can describe an image with text, upload an authorized reference image, or edit one or more references. Available models may include GPT Image 2, Nano Banana 2, and Nano Banana Pro; model names, resolutions and availability can change and the options shown in the product are controlling.

Generated files are delivered digitally through your account, media library or download links. ArtImgAI does not provide physical goods, a full animation editor, or a guarantee that every output is unique, accurate or suitable for every commercial use.

User Accounts and Upload Rights

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You must have the copyright, license or other permission needed for every prompt and reference image. An identifiable real-person photo may be uploaded only when it is your own photo or you have clear authorization from that person for the proposed use. Do not upload private, sensitive or unauthorized celebrity/other-person images.

Acceptable Use

The Acceptable Use / Content Policy is part of these Terms. It covers prompts, reference uploads, generated images, the library and sharing. It lists six prohibited categories and explains Waffo Prompt Sift screening, reporting and enforcement. Real-person deepfakes are prohibited whether or not a person consents; authorization never permits face swaps, nudification, intimate compositing or fabricated speech or actions.

Payment, Subscriptions and Credits

The pricing page and checkout show the current prices and credit amounts. ArtImgAI offers monthly and yearly subscriptions plus one-time credit packs. Subscription charges recur automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Credits are consumed according to the selected model and resolution shown before generation; actual model availability and per-image cost can change when the product displays a new estimate. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The public catalog currently offers the listed subscription plans and the credit packs shown on the pricing page; legacy catalog entries that are not displayed are not offered for purchase.

To cancel a subscription, open Account Settings → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access and already-granted credits remain subject to the plan and applicable expiry terms shown at checkout. Closing an account does not itself cancel a pending refund request.

Refunds and Failed Generations

Unused purchases: Within 14 calendar days of a subscription charge or one-time credit-pack purchase, you may request a refund for the unused portion when no credits from that purchase have been consumed, subject to mandatory consumer or withdrawal rights in your location.

Consumed or expired credits: Once credits have been spent on a generation, the related purchase is generally not eligible for a discretionary cash refund. Expired credits are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. A successfully delivered image that does not meet an aesthetic preference is not by itself a refund reason.

Blocked, failed or canceled tasks: A request blocked by Waffo Prompt Sift does not call an image provider and does not consume credits. If a paid task fails or is canceled before delivery, the task service normally reverses its generation charge to the credit balance. A credit reversal is not a cash refund; contact us if the reversal is missing.

Policy enforcement: If an account is suspended or terminated for a confirmed violation of the AUP, remaining credits may be revoked or forfeited to the extent allowed by law. This does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

How to request: Email support@artimgai.com with the account email, order reference, purchase date and reason. Never send a full payment-card number. We may request information needed to verify the order, and an approved refund is returned through the original payment method where possible. Processor and bank times vary.

Intellectual Property and Outputs

ArtImgAI and its software, design and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you already hold in your prompts and uploaded references. Rights in generated images depend on applicable law, the selected model provider and your plan; we do not promise exclusivity or clearance for every use. You are responsible for checking third-party rights, model terms and commercial licensing before publishing an output.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content, reverse blocked-task credits or disable sharing when necessary for policy enforcement, security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time. We may preserve or disclose records when legally required.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtImgAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate; the date above identifies the current version.
