Acceptable Use / Content Policy
Content standards, prompt screening, reporting and enforcement for ArtImgAI image generation.
Last updated: 2026-10-28
1. Scope and supported uses
This Acceptable Use / Content Policy applies to every prompt, chat instruction, uploaded reference image, generated image, library item and shared item on ArtImgAI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You must follow this policy and applicable law when using the service.
ArtImgAI creates AI character sheets, expression sheets, style-transfer images, avatars, background-removed assets, tabletop tokens and other digital image exports from text and authorized image references. Available image models and settings are shown in the product and may change.
2. Six prohibited categories
Do not request, upload, generate, store, publish or share any of the following categories. Each category is prohibited on its own:
- Sexual / NSFW: pornography, sexual acts, sexual services, fetish content, nudity or sexually explicit or exploitative depictions.
- Violence and graphic gore: torture, mutilation, severe realistic injury, gore, or content that glorifies, threatens or facilitates violent harm.
- Hate: dehumanization, discrimination, hateful abuse or incitement against people based on protected characteristics.
- CSAM / child sexual exploitation: any sexual or suggestive content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor, including fictional, altered, simulated or entirely AI-generated material, grooming or exploitation.
- Deepfake and real-person impersonation: face swaps, nudification or DeepNude, compositing two real people into an intimate scene, non-consensual intimate imagery, or making a real person appear to say or do something that never happened. These uses are prohibited whether or not the person authorizes the upload; authorization cannot make them permitted.
- Infringement and deceptive fraud: copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized celebrity or other-person likeness misuse, impersonating a brand or institution, scams, or synthetic media intended to defraud, harass or mislead.
Attempts to bypass Waffo screening, jailbreak safety controls, evade enforcement or repeatedly submit a blocked request are also prohibited. We may report CSAM or other serious crimes where required or appropriate.
3. Reference-image and real-person upload rules
You must own or have the rights and permissions needed for every reference image. A photo of an identifiable real person may be uploaded only when it is your own photo or you have clear authorization for the proposed use. Do not upload an unauthorized celebrity or other person's likeness, private or sensitive images, or material you are not allowed to share.
Authorization does not override the deepfake prohibition. ArtImgAI does not offer face swapping, nudification/DeepNude, intimate two-person compositing, or fabricated speech or actions for real people.
4. Prompt screening before generation
We use Waffo Prompt Sift through @waffo/pancake-ts, calling the scan-prompt endpoint with semantic enforce mode. The server screens the final image prompt before creating a paid generation task or contacting any image-generation provider. Text-to-image, image-to-image, edit and multi-reference requests all pass through this check.
Only an explicit allow verdict permits generation. A block, review verdict, missing merchant credentials, service error or invalid response stops the request. No image provider is called and no credits are charged when screening does not allow the request. We retain screening action, reason code, timestamp and Waffo request ID for troubleshooting and abuse investigation; audit logs do not contain private keys or unnecessary raw prompt text.
Passing the pre-generation check is not a guarantee that an output is compliant. After generation, ArtImgAI may review, block, remove, restrict, or disable sharing for an output or library item that violates this policy or applicable law.
5. Reports and human support
Our monitored reporting channel is support@artimgai.com. Report suspected prohibited content, child-safety concerns, deepfakes, rights violations, an unauthorized upload or an incorrect block. Include the account email, approximate time, content URL or task reference, a description and supporting information you are authorized to share. Never send a full payment-card number or redistribute illegal imagery.
We review reports, assess severity and may ask for more information. Appeals may be sent to the same address with the decision or task reference and reasons for reconsideration. We do not promise continuous live support.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, evidence and applicable law, we may warn you, block or remove content, disable sharing, reverse credits for a blocked task, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, and forfeit remaining credits for confirmed policy abuse. Credit forfeiture is subject to mandatory consumer rights. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion. We may preserve or disclose relevant records when legally required and cooperate with lawful requests.
7. Policy updates and related documents
We may update this policy when the product, safety controls or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. See our Terms of Service for payment, cancellation and refund terms and our Privacy Policy for data collection, Waffo screening records and deletion requests.
