Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ArtImgAI processes information when you use our AI character sheet and image-generation service. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use / Content Policy.

Information We Collect

We process the information needed to operate the service:

• Account information: account ID, email address and profile details.
• Prompts and conversations: text entered in the agent, chat history and related instructions.
• Reference images: uploaded files, image URLs and the references used for text-to-image or image-to-image requests.
• Generation records: model, resolution, options, task status, credit usage and links to generated images.
• Library and sharing data: saved outputs, folders, share settings and reports related to content in the gallery.
• Transaction records: order ID, product, amount, currency, payment status and subscription status. Waffo and its payment partners handle card details; ArtImgAI does not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: authentication cookies, locale, device/browser details and basic request or error information used to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide accounts, submit prompts and references to the selected generation provider, store and display your library, calculate credit consumption, fulfill purchases, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and investigate abuse. Relevant conversation text may be sent to the configured language-model provider to prepare an agent response. Image URLs, prompts and generation options may be sent to the image provider serving the selected model. Those providers process data under their own policies.

Content Safety and Audit Records

Before an image provider is contacted, the current generation prompt is screened by Waffo Prompt Sift through @waffo/pancake-ts using the scan-prompt endpoint in semantic enforce mode. We retain the screening action, reason code, timestamp and Waffo request ID for troubleshooting, abuse investigation and support. These audit records do not contain private keys or unnecessary raw prompt text. A prompt or image passing screening does not guarantee that an output will comply; we may review, restrict, remove or disable sharing of generated content after generation under the AUP.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with providers needed to operate the service, including authentication, hosting, object storage, language-model, image-generation, payment and customer-support providers. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect users and address fraud or abuse. Uploaded references and generated files may be stored in configured object storage and may be reachable through a public file URL while retained.

Data Security and Retention

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not put sensitive personal information in a prompt or upload a private image unless you are authorized to do so. Account, conversation, task, payment and audit records may be retained for recovery, security, legal compliance and dispute handling. Deleting a conversation may remove it from normal views without immediately erasing records held for those purposes. Generated or uploaded files already sent to third-party providers remain subject to their retention practices.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, export or delete eligible personal information through account settings or by contacting support@artimgai.com. Use the same email for deletion requests, privacy questions or requests to remove an uploaded reference. We handle requests under applicable law and may retain information where required or permitted.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate; the date above identifies the current version.
